How to Make Beef Bone Mushroom Radish Soup?

Ingredients:Beef bones500 gramsMushrooms6 piecesRadish2 large, 3 big onions, and aged ginger slicesGinger3 piecesCoriander2 stemsVinegar1 teaspoon (5ml)Koushao10 grains, salt to taste

Method:

Cut beef bones into 5cm pieces, wash and set aside.Soak mushrooms in warm water for 5 minutes, then remove stems and wash thoroughly.Peel and clean the radish, then cut into chunks.

Put the beef bones into the pot,and add enough fresh water to cover the beef bones.Bring to a boil over high heat, skimming off any foam, then add mushrooms, big onions, ginger slices, and koushao.Add vinegar, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for 2 hours.Add

radishchunks, continue cooking for another 15 minutes, then season with salt.Garnish with coriander before serving.Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
