How to Make Sweet Potato Ginger Soup

Ingredients:
Sweet potato300 grams,Ginger100 grams.
   
Accompaniments:
Sugar10 grams, salt 5 grams.
   
Steps:
① Peel and wash the sweet potato, cut into large pieces;Peel and wash the ginger, cut into pieces;Set aside.
② Place a pot on medium heat, add enough water to boil, then add sweet potatoes and ginger pieces;Boil over high heat until it comes to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
③ Add salt and sugar, stir well until the sugar dissolves.
