How to Make Sweet Potato Ginger Soup

Ingredients:

One sweet potato, several slices of ginger,RedJujubesTen or more, adzuki bean balls (or glutinous rice balls), appropriate amount of red sugar, and water as needed

Steps:

1. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into pieces; slice the ginger.
2. Place water in a pot, add sweet potato pieces, ginger slices, jujubes, and adzuki bean balls (if using glutinous rice balls, add them 5 minutes before turning off the heat), boil over high heat then simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
3. Serve according to personal taste by adding red sugar.
