Ingredients/Seasonings:
Jelly: 8 blocks of gelatin (12 grams), 1.5 cups water, instant coffee.2 tablespoons, refined sugar 60 grams.
Simple syrup: 1/2 cup water, 30 grams sugar, a little brandy, fresh cream as needed.Melt the gelatin blocks one by one in water, stir for about 15 minutes.
Make the simple syrup by adding the sugar and water to a pot, heat until the sugar dissolves and thickens, then remove from heat to cool, add brandy.
In a separate pot, combine the water and instant coffee with refined sugar, heat.Add the well-melted gelatin, stir until fully dissolved.
Cool after removal from heat, pour into a mold lined with wet paper, refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
Remove the set jelly, cut into squares, serve in glasses, add simple syrup and
fresh cream to adjust sweetness.
Boil the water with instant coffee and refined sugar in a pot.
Add the gelatin that has been stirred, stir until dissolved.
Turn off the heat and pour it into a greased mold while hot, then place in the refrigerator to freeze for about 2 hours.
Remove the set jelly from the mold, cut into cubes, and serve with syrup and
fresh creamto adjust the sweetness.
