Main ingredients:Pork leg meat orpork shank3/2 pounds (about 900 grams), 2 tablespoons of garlic paste, 2 tomato flowers, 1 kiwi fruit slice.Seasoning: Cooking ingredients for white meat:
Star anise,clove, fennel seeds,gingerslices each a little bit, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine.Seasonings: Salt 1/2 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon, white vinegar 1 tablespoon.Method: 1. Rinse the pork leg meat and put it in boiling water to blanch.2. Add appropriate amount of water with cooking ingredients and boil for about 10 minutes, then place the pork shank and cook until fully cooked, remove, cool down, slice thinly, and arrange on a plate.3.
