How to Make Spare Ribs with Yardlong Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients:

FineRibs2 pieces,Potatoes2 pieces,string beans300 grams, 2 small cubes of rock sugar, 2 large spoons of old soy sauce,Ginger1 piece, salt,MSGStar anise2 pieces, Chinese bay leaf 2 pieces, driedchili peppers3-4 pieces,Szechuan pepperas needed, Cassia buds 3 pieces, dried tangerine peel 2 pieces

Steps:

1.RibRibs should be washed and cut into small pieces. String beans should be cut into small segments, and potatoes should be sliced into cubes; set aside;

2. A little oil is heated in a pot until slightly warm, then rock sugar is added to melt;

3. The ribs are added and stir-fried to coat evenly with the syrup;

4. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to cover the ribs, add soy sauce, ginger, and spice bag, cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes;
