The steps to make fresh mulberry leaf stewed pork tendon soup:
1. Cut the pig shank into small pieces.
2. In a pot, boil an appropriate amount of water, then add the cut pig shank and blanch for about 1 minute before removing and washing it clean, placing it in the inner pot of a rice cooker.
3. Wash the fresh mulberry leaves and black dates, along with the ginger slices, and add them to the inner pot from step 2.
4. Pour 2 cups of water into the outer pot of the rice cooker, then place the inner pot inside and cover it. Press the switch to start cooking, let it cook until the rice cooker indicator comes up, simmer for about 20 minutes, then add salt and rice wine to season before serving.
