Three Tricks for Perfect Chicken Wings

Cut the chicken wings: marinate.Wing preparation:First, make two to three cuts on each chicken wing to facilitate flavor penetration;

Preheat

the oven to 400°F (200°C), place the chicken wings on the middle rack, and roast for ten minutes;4. Remove the chicken wings, mix old soy sauce, honey, and salad oil,brush them with this mixture and return to the oven to continue roasting for five more minutes;

5. Remove the chicken wings again, flip them over, brush on the seasoned mixture for coloring, and roast for another five minutes before serving.
