Main ingredients:Eggs500 grams
Seasonings: fermented bean curd juice 100 grams, salt 10 grams, white sugar 25 grams,lard(refined) 25 grams,star anise5 grams, cooking wine 30 grams
1. Wash the fresh eggs and place them in a pot with water, bring to a boil over high heat until cooked;

3. Place the eggs in a pot on high heat, add fermented bean curd juice, salt,sodium chloride,sugar, refined lard, star anise (eight corner), cooking wine and a little water to boil;
