How to Make Vinegar Sea Cucumber Head

Seasonings: Zhenjiang aged vinegar,Sugars,Mushroom essence,MushroomsMethod:1 Wash the tofu pufferfish heads, then cut them into chunks or strips. Soak in cool purified water for more than 2 hours,


2 Chop the garlic into fine pieces and the cilantro finely,

3 Drain off the soaking water from the tofu pufferfish heads, rinse again with purified water, then drain,

4 Place the tofu pufferfish heads, garlic, an appropriate amount of sugar, and mushroom essence in a bowl. Pour in Zhenjiang aged vinegar and mix well to dissolve the sugar and mushroom essence, then sprinkle cilantro on top.
