Avoid reheating meat to semi-cooked state before using again.Microwave oven:Heating: Since bacteria can still grow in partially cooked food, reheating with a microwave for a short time cannot fully kill all bacteria.Frozen meat should be defrosted in the microwave first before being heated thoroughly.

Avoid re-freezing meat that has been defrosted using a microwave: As the outer layer of the meat is actually warmed by the low temperature during defrosting, bacteria can multiply at this temperature. Although freezing again stops their growth, it does not kill the living bacteria.Meat that has been defrosted in the microwave must be thoroughly heated if it is to be stored back in the freezer.

Do not use oily food items: High temperatures may cause oil to splash and start a fire.If a fire starts inside the microwave, do not open the door; instead, turn off the power and wait for the fire to extinguish before opening the door to cool it down.

Avoid overheating food: Foods defrosted or heated in a microwave should be removed promptly. If left for over two hours, discard them to avoid food poisoning.

Do not use ordinary plastic containers: Use dedicated microwave-safe containers for heating foods; otherwise, hot food can deform the container and release toxic substances into your food, harming your health.

Do not use metal utensils: Metal items such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, or enamel in the microwave will produce sparks and reflect microwaves, damaging the oven and failing to properly heat the food.
