Korean-style honey date tea tips:

One. Only use large dates as smaller ones have less flesh and do not produce better results, giving off a richer date aroma.

Two. Dry dates often contain dirt and grime that cannot be fully removed even after long soaking; using an old toothbrush dipped in pea-sized toothpaste to rub by hand is more effective for cleaning the dates.Three. Try to retain the skin of the dates as it has excellent blood replenishing effects.Four. Ten minutes after cooking, open the rice cooker and add a little more water to prevent sticking at the bottom, ensuring the dates are cooked until very soft.

Five. After the dates have softened sufficiently, transfer them into a larger container and use the rice cooker's flat spoon to continuously press until they form smooth date paste.Six. Once cooled, mix an equal amount of honey with the date paste and stir well before pouring it into a sterilized glass jar and storing in the refrigerator.Function.

Four. After steaming the jujubes for 10 minutes in the rice cooker, open it and add a little more water to prevent sticking at the bottom, ensuring the jujubes are even softer.

Five. Transfer the already very soft jujubes into a large container and use the flat spatula of the rice cooker to mash them until you get smooth jujube paste.

Six. Once the paste has cooled, add an equal amount of honey, mix well, pour it into sterilized jars, and store in the refrigerator.
