1. After sitting, the texture of the final product will be finer.
2. Due to the presence of honey in the ingredients, high bottom temperature may cause the bottom to burn easily; our oven cannot adjust bottom heat, so I placed the baking tray on the middle rack instead of the second-to-last one.
The honey in the ingredients can easily burn the bottom at high temperatures, and our oven cannot adjust the upper and lower heat. Therefore, I placed the baking tray in the middle rather than the second-to-last layer.
