How to Make Vinegar Fish Blocks

Ingredients/Seasonings

Yellowtail 10 ounces

  Sweet potatoFlour

Oil 4 cups

  Sesame seeds(fried) A little

  CorianderA little

Rice wine A little

Sugar 1/2 tablespoon

  Soysauce1 tablespoon

Five-spice powder 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic 1 clove (sliced)

Soysauce 1 teaspoon

Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

Sugar 1 tablespoon

MushroomVinegar1 teaspoon

Rice oil 1 teaspoon

Process

(1)Cut the yellowtail into pieces, marinate with the marinade for 10 minutes, and then coat with sweet potato flour.

(2)Heat the oil, fry the fish until golden brown, then remove and place in a plate.

(3)Mix the seasonings from steps 1 to 4 together and pour over the fried fish.

(4)Soak the coriander in cold water for a moment, stir-fry it, and place it on top of the fish.

(5)Finally, pour the rice oil and mushroom vinegar over, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
