How to Make Pickled Cabbage and Carrot

Main ingredients:Cabbage,and carrot.Ribose,

Seasoning: salt,sugar,vinegar essence,ginger,dried chili peppers,Sichuan pepper,and ginger.Preparation method:1. Wash the cabbage and carrot, cut them into pieces, blanch in boiling water until cooked, then cool down and put them in a bowl,add ginger strips, dried chili peppers, Sichuan pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar essence, mix well and marinate for about 2 hours before eating.Characteristics: sour, sweet, spicy, and numbing, refreshing and appetizing.

Method of preparation:

1 Wash the Chinese cabbage and carrot,cut them into pieces, blanch in boiling water until soft, remove and place in a bowl,add ginger threads, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, salt, sugar, and vinegar, mix well and let sit for about two hours before eating.

Characteristics: sour, sweet, spicy, and numbing, refreshing and appetizing.
