How to Make Doubanjiang Noodles?

Ingredients:

  Hand-pulled noodles200 grams, and Aixin PartnerDoubanjiang sauceSauce150 grams,Porkminced 120 grams, 1 teaspoon of sugar (5 ml), greenred peppersas needed (or other suitable vegetables for stir-fried noodles such ascucumber,mung bean sprouts, radishturnipand so on),ginger5 grams, garlic 10 grams, chopped green onions as needed, oil

Steps:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Heat a wok and add 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the minced pork and stir-fry until it is scattered, add ginger and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant, and fry out the oil from the pork.

3. Add Aixin Partner and Doubanjiang sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

4. Add half a bowl of water, stir well, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, then add sugar for seasoning.

5.Boilthe noodles in boiling water until they are cooked (no white center), , ,. then remove from the pot, rinse with cold water, drain and place in a bowl.
