How to make home-made smoked pork:
1. Prepare the ingredients: remove any tendons from the pork, wash it thoroughly, and cut it into strips,Bloodwater, then cut them into long strips.
2. Boil: place in a pot with star anise, fennel seeds, cinnamon bark, cloves, nutmeg, green onion pieces, ginger strips, salt, and water (cover the meat),Sodium chlorideand boil over high heat until boiling, then add soy sauce, soybean sauce, and diluted red fermented tofu, switch to low heat and simmer for 4 hours until the pork is tender.
