Method: Peel and wash the duck's eggs, cut into small pieces. Slightly rinse the tofu and steam for 5-8 minutes, then drain the water.
Arrange the duck's egg pieces on top of the steamed tofu, pour over with oyster sauce.
Heat the oil in a large pan, add the garlic to release its aroma, then pour the hot oil and garlic over the tofu and duck's eggs.Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Chinese Cilantro Duck's Egg Tofu
This dish is mild and delicious, often prepared at home.
Inexpensive and easy to make with readily available ingredients.
Ingredients: salted egg (preserved duck's egg), usually 2 if the family size is around three people. More for larger families.
Cut the salted eggs into small pieces, set aside.Chinese coriander, wash and chop finely.
Tofu, available at supermarkets.
Briefly rinse, steam for 3 minutes or skip steaming if preferred.
Add a little salt, mix well, then add a bit of sesame oil before serving.
Luxurious Duck's Egg Tofu
Soft tofu 2 pieces, salted eggs 2 small, cucumber 2 long, large onion 1 thick root, tomato 1 piece
Soy sauce 4 tablespoons, vinegar 1 tablespoon, sesame oil 3 tablespoons

Stir-fried Duck's Egg Tofu

green garlic 1 stalk, minced garlic, cornstarch, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar
Method: Cut the tofu into square pieces, coat with a layer of cornstarch and fry until golden; peel the salted eggs, slice them and also coat in cornstarch before frying (coating prevents the salted egg from burning when stir-fried).
Slice green garlic. Stir-fry minced garlic and green garlic, add salted eggs and tofu, pour in rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and mix until well combined.
Sichuan Pepper Duck's EggPrepare by slicing the salted egg into small pieces and placing them on a plate; then chop ginger, add vinegar, MSG, scallions, sesame oil, cilantro, mix thoroughly and pour over the salted eggs.Sesame Oil and Scallion Tofu

Pickled Egg and Tofu
Ingredients: 2 preserved eggs, 1 block of tofu,green garlic,1 stalk, minced garlic, starch, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar
Method: 1. Cut the tofu into square pieces, coat with a layer of starch and fry until golden yellow then remove;Peel off the shell from the preserved eggs, slice them, also coat with a layer of starch and deep-fry (preserved eggs coated in starch before frying prevent them from breaking or burning);Cut the green garlic into small pieces.
2. In 2 tablespoons of oil, stir-fry the minced garlic and green garlic, add the preserved egg slices and tofu cubes, then pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and stir until well combined before serving.
Preserved Egg with Ginger Juice
Preparation: Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces, place them on a plate. Grate fresh ginger, mix it with vinegar, monosodium glutamate, green onion threads, sesame oil, coriander segments, and pour over the preserved egg.
Garlic Preserved Egg Tofu
