Ingredients:)Rice flour250 grams, wheat starch 50 grams,Milk150 ml, sugar to taste, salad oil,Sweet osmanthus syrupto taste, dried grape candy (I prefer a single flavor so I only chose)dried grapes)
Method:
1. Add an appropriate amount of sugar to the milk and dissolve it. Mix the rice flour and wheat starch into the milk mixture.
2. Preheatsteamcookingyear-oldrice cakemold by applying a layer of salad oil, then place it in the steamer to heat up, remove after heating, and pour in the batter while hot.
3. Cover and steam for 15 to 20 minutes over high heat, then remove, cut into pieces, and drizzle withsweet osmanthus syrup.
