Ingredients:

Method:
1. Soak the starch strips in a bowl with warm water at around 60℃ for about 20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2. Cut the sirloin into thin slices;Onion
Peel and wash the onion, then cut into threads for use.
3. Put the bone broth and all seasonings in a pot and cook until boiling, setting it aside.4. In another pan, add the starch strips from step 1 into boiling water and blanch for about 1 minute;
Blanch the sprouts in boiling water for about 30 seconds.
5. Drain the starch strips from step 4 and place them in a bowl.
6. Place the onion threads, sprouts from step 4, and beef slices from step 2 on top of the bowl from step 5.
7. Pour the broth from step 3 into the bowl from step 6.8. Add basil and mint leaves to the bowl from step 7 before serving, then squeeze in somelemon juice.
