How to Cook Fan Leaf Kale?

Ingredients:

  Chinese baby cabbage1 head,green beansvermicelli1 bunch (50 grams), 1 whole garlic clove, freshred bell pepper1/5 piece, green onion 1 stalk

Seasoning:

  soy sauce2 tablespoons, sugar 1 teaspoon,MSG1/4 teaspoon,stock(water) 2 tablespoons,saladoil 2 tablespoons

Steps:

.Soak the vermicelli in cold water for 20 minutes until soft, slice the Chinese baby cabbage into 4 pieces, peel and chop the garlic into paste, dice the red bell pepper, and finely chop the green onion.

.Heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil in a pot to about three-tenths hot, add the garlic paste and stir-fry until fragrant, then add soy sauce, water, sugar, MSG, and bring to a boil.

.Remove the seasoned garlic paste from heat and set aside.

.Lay out the softened vermicelli on a plate, followed by the sliced Chinese baby cabbage.

.Pour the prepared garlic paste sauce evenly over the Chinese baby cabbage.

.Place a steamer rack in a pot of boiling water.Steamthe Chinese baby cabbage with a cover on high heat for 10-12 minutes..Remove from heat and garnish with finely chopped green onion and red bell pepper before serving.
