Ingredients for Natto and Moutan Radix: 200 grams of Moutan Radix Powder, a small box of natto, 3 chili peppers, 1 green onion, seasonings:Soy Sauce30ML, Salt 3 grams, Sesame Oil 5ML, Rice VinegarPepper50ML,Chili Flakes3 grams,Sugar5 grams,Black Pepper Powder5 grams, Roasted WhiteSesame10 grams, RoastedPeanutsCrushed 10 grams, Cold Boiled Water 20 grams

Preparation Method for Natto and Moutan Radix:

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the moutan radix powder, and stir with a spoon a few times to scatter it. Cook for about 5 minutes until the moutan radix is soft and tender without any hard center.

2. Remove the cooked moutan radix from the heat, place it in cold boiled water to cool completely, then drain off excess liquid.

3. Mix all the ingredients together into a dressing, wash and chop the chili peppers.

4. Pour the dressing over the moutan radix and sprinkle with chopped chili peppers.

5. Prepare the natto by stirring vigorously until it pulls threads, then pour the natto onto the moutan radix.

6. Mix well before eating.
