How to Make Fanfen Crab Rice Bowl

Dish Name:Tofu NoodlesCrab MeatSoup

Main Ingredients: 1 crab weighing about 900 grams, and appropriate amount of tofu noodles.

Seasonings: Scallion segments,ginger slices,salt,pepper powder, broth,monosodium glutamate (MSG), cornstarch, oil, and water starch in appropriate amounts.

Method:1. Chop the crab into small pieces.Soak the tofu noodles in warm water.2. Marinate the crab with salt, coat it with cornstarch, and deep-fry until golden.Remove the crab from oil. In the remaining oil, add scallions and ginger to stir-fry, then add broth, put in the tofu noodles and crab meat, add pepper powder and MSG, simmer over low heat, thicken with a slurry, pour in some oil, and serve by placing the lid on top.
