How to Make Soy Sauce Vegetables?

Ingredients:Coriander,Peanuts,Mung beans,Ginger,Scallions,Chinese cabbage,Radish,Star anise,Soysauce

1 Peanuts and mung beans should be washed clean and soaked in water overnight until they are soft. Coriander should be washed clean, drained, and dried. Ginger should be peeled and sliced, scallions cut into sections, radish sliced, and Chinese cabbage left with the stems only.

2 Place peanuts and an appropriate amount of water in a rice cooker, add ginger slices and star anise, and slowly cook for 20 minutes until peanuts are cooked. Then add mung beans and cook for another 10 minutes, adding a little salt.

3 Add sliced radish and cabbage stems, then add more scallion sections and cook for 10 minutes.
