Method:
1. Wash the sugarcane thoroughly and chop it into 4 sections.
2. Peel off the skin, then cut each section vertically into 4 pieces, making a slit in the middle.
3. Arrange the prepared sugarcane evenly in a saucepan.
4. Add enough water to cover the sugarcane pieces.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the broth becomes thick and frothy.
6. Add more water to cover the sugarcane pieces again and continue simmering.
7. Add 1-2 pieces of rock sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
8. Pour out the cooked sugarcane juice.
9. Finally, add freshlemon juiceand mix it with the sugarcane juice evenly.
