Ingredients:
A.Chicken breastHalf a piece, B. 1/6 teaspoon salt,Monosodium glutamate1/6 teaspoon,Onion10 grams minced, Garlic 5 grams minced, Mozzarella cheese slices 2 pieces, C.Egg1 piece,Rice flour50 grams,Bread crumbs100 grams
Steps:
1. Rinse the chicken breast, remove the skin and bones, and slice it horizontally into one large piece (make sure not to cut through).Beat the egg to make an egg wash, set aside.
2. Lay out the chicken cutlet from step 1 and place a cheese slice on its surface.
3. Sprinkle the monosodium glutamate, onion minced, and garlic minced evenly over the cheese slice, then fold the chicken cutlet inward to enclose them.
4. Dip the wrapped chicken breast in rice flour.Rice flour.
5. Next, dip the coated chicken from step 4 into the egg wash.
6. Finally, place the chicken from step 5 into the bread crumbs and press to coat evenly. Heat the oil to 120℃, then fry for about 3 minutes until the surface is golden and crispy. Remove and drain the excess oil before serving.
