This is a relatively simple approach that I have found, with easily obtainable materials. I hope it will be helpful to you.
Ingredients: NestleMilk powderCream1 small package,Eggs2 pieces,Milk1 small bag, sugar as appropriate (everyone uses 40 grams)
Method:
1) Take 2 eggs,Egg yolks,and add to thewhite sugarand milk, mix well. Cook on a gas stove using low heat until thickened, then let cool naturally to form egg custard;
2) Whip the cream to a half-stiff state; I only whipped it to this point because I used four chopsticks, which made me very tired;
3) Add the cooled egg custard to the whipped cream and mix well;
4) Place in the freezer, stir every half hour. I stirred about four times before it was ready to eat.
