How to Make Cheese Bacon Rolls

Ingredients:Bacon5 strips,Mushrooms100 grams,Cheeseslices 3-4 slices

Seasoning: 1 teaspoon of salt

Baking conditions: 180 degrees,ovenmiddle shelf, bake for 15-20 minutes

Steps:

1. Fold bacon strips in half and cut them open into two pieces; cut the cheese slices to match the width of the bacon;

2. Clean the mushrooms and blanch them in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 1 minute, then remove them;

3. Place a small piece of cheese on the bacon, add the mushroom, and roll from one end to the other; secure it with a toothpick;

4. Line the baking tray with aluminum foil, place the rolled bacon and mushroom rolls on it, and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
