Steps:

1. Heat pure milk + cream + condensed milk + sugar until boiling.

2. Crack eggs open.

4. Add some flour and stir until smooth, the egg custard mixture is ready.

5. Focus your mind and steady your hands!Pour the prepared egg custard mixture into the puff pastry cases in order.

6. Arrange the prepared tart shells neatly on a baking tray.

7. Place the tarts in a preheatedoven(please refer to the secret recipe for preheat settings).

Tips:

1. Store the tart cases in the freezer before processing, not the refrigerator.

2. Do not use whipped cream for making the custard mixture.3. Preheat oven to 210°C for 15 minutes.4. Use both upper and lower heating elements during baking.5. Bake for 30 minutes, check frequently near the door of the oven; rotate halfway through to ensure even browning.
