OilTofu SkinCold Oolong Noodles
Ingredients:
200 grams of cooked oolong noodles, 3 sheets of fried tofu skin,3 shiitake mushrooms,1 green onion, white radish30 grams,carrot20 grams, 1 cup of water,soy sauce3 tablespoons, mirin 2 tablespoons, sugar 1/2 tablespoon, sake 2 tablespoons, oolong noodle sauce 30 ccMethod:
