Ingredients:Peanut greens300 gramsMongolian dried tofu1 piece, 1 teaspoon salt (5 grams), and dry chili peppers6 piecesMethod:
Remove the leaves from the peanut greens, cut off the heads, clean them thoroughly, and slice into 4 cm long diagonal segments;
Cut the Mongolian dried tofu into large half-centimeter thick slices, then cut into smaller thirds;
Heat a wok until hot, add oil, wait for the oil to heat to about 50% of its smoke point, then add the dry chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant;
Add the Mongolian dried tofu, stir-fry until it turns slightly golden;
Add the peanut greens, stir a few times, then season with salt, mix well, and serve.
5)Add the celery, stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the salt, mix evenly and it's done.
