How to Make Dried Garlic Sprouts

Ingredients:Green garlic sproutsa bunch,Smoked tofua large piece

Method:

1 Remove the roots from the green garlic sprouts, wash them, and drain the water. Cut into small pieces.

2 Cut the smoked tofu into cubes.

3 Heat a wok and add a little oil, then add some chopped green onions to stir-fry until fragrant. Add the smoked tofu cubes and stir-fry until the color of the smoked tofu slightly darkens.

4 Add the pieces of green garlic sprouts, pour insoy sauceand stir-fry for 1-2 minutes before removing from heat.

Notes:

1 The cooking time after adding green garlic sprouts depends on personal preference. If you prefer a spicy taste from the green garlic, cook for about one minute until it is slightly undercooked.If you do not like a very spicy taste, extend the stir-frying time to reduce some of the spiciness.

2 Other seasonings are unnecessary besides soy sauce.The fragrance of the smoked tofu combined with the mild spiciness of the green garlic sprouts results in an excellent flavor that is very delicious and filling.
