How to Marinate Honey Glazed Wings

1. Clean the chicken wings and put them in oil,soy sauce,MSG, oyster sauce,gingerslices, or curry powderand pepper powder, marinate for at least one hour; I marinated them all afternoon;2. Notes

When marinating the chicken wings, it's best to dry them out;Deep-frying can remove some oil, making them less greasy when eaten;Any non-oily chili sauce such as garlic chive chili sauce, chopped chili, or fermented chili can be used.Method 3 for Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

Main ingredients: 6 chicken wings.

Seasonings: homemade red wine (150g), honey (150g), old soy sauce (15g),sugar,MSG, garlic.

Making Method:

1. Marinate the chicken wings with old soy sauce, sugar, salt, and some red wine for about 1 hour; take out and evenly coat with honey.

2. Place the pan on heat, add some oil to stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then pour in the chicken wings and stir-fry.Add the remaining honey, red wine, and an appropriate amount of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.Remove the lid and mix the chicken wings, then continue cooking for about 10 more minutes until fully cooked; add MSG to season before serving.
