How to Make Corn Juice

1 Choose 4 older sweet corns (avoid too young ones that won't juice well), cook until fully done without any raw corn flavor. Three ears can produce about 5-8 servings.

2 Cool the corn down and remove kernels.

3 For every 3 tablespoons of corn kernels, add 4 tablespoons of water, then put into the juicer to juice.

4 After all corn kernels are juiced, boil until fully cooked;

5 Heat up, then add milk. Mix and cook till done; add sugar according to taste for a creamy corn juice.

5 Warm it up first, then add milk. Cook the mixture until it's fully cooked and you can drink it directly according to your taste by adding some sugar, making it rich and smooth.Corn Juice.

Method

Wash the sweet corn kernels with running water and put them into the mesh basket of the Dongliang fruit soya milk machine along with water. Press the "corn juice/peanut milk" switch to blend and cook.

After the power-off sound, open the water outlet to pour out the corn juice; add sugar as per taste.

Method

(1) Peel and wash the sweet corn, then cut kernels using a knife along the cob (Fig. 2).(2) Place the kernels in a pot with enough water to cover them. Boil over high heat, remove foam, then cook on medium-low for about 10 minutes.(3) Pour the corn and broth into a blender in portions if necessary, blend until smooth.

(4) Strain the blended corn through a sieve using a spoon to press out as much liquid as possible.

(5) Add sugar and three flower milk to the strained corn juice, mix well.Muscovado SugarStir well.

8 Pour into a cup; it can be served hot or chilled.

Steps

1) Remove the husk and wash the sweet corn. Cut off the corn kernels with a knife following the cob (see image 2).

2) Put the corn kernels in a pot and pour in the water. Boil over high heat, remove foam, then reduce to medium-low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

3) Transfer the corn and broth into a blender (do it in two batches if necessary), blend until smooth.

4) Strain the blended corn mixture through a sieve using a spoon to press out as much juice as possible.

5) Finally, add muscovado sugar and three-in-one milk, stir well.
