Nowadays, large and small restaurants are popular for serving
cornjuice.In fact,
corn juiceis actually a very good drink; sweet corn can prevent wrinkles and anti-aging,
as well as preventing cardiovascular diseases and cancer,making it an excellent nutritional food.The main nutritional components of corn include vitamin B, potassium, phosphorus, and iron;among them, potassium can enhance heart function.
1. One catty of sweet corn kernels, wash them clean then add water to boil, just like boiling corn
sugar water. This step is very important because using raw corn to make juice will have a bitter taste,
even after boiling it, the taste cannot be completely removed. This is also a shortcoming of making corn juice with raw pressing.2. The corn kernels must be well-cooked; do not shorten cooking time due to the fact that corn can be eaten raw or cooked quickly.
