八宝米汤
简介
八宝米汤,永昌人家家会做。一般八宝米汤就着油条吃。
做法
将大米淘净下入冷水锅里,用猛火煎熬。水与米,约为二十与一之比,煎熬中间,看米汤清稠适度。八宝米汤,实际只放红枣一宝,最多只能再下芝麻和葡萄干两宝而已。将红枣洗净,和大米同时下入锅里,最后用木勺头将煮胀的红枣跐破,米汤即成枣红色,而略有枣甜味,爱吃甜食者,还可以在米汤碗里再调一匙白沙糖。如自家熬吃,米汤锅里还可以加入莲子、核桃仁、百合等。
