面粉500克,红糖100克,白糖50克,发面适量,化猪油、纯碱、菜油各适量。
方法步骤
1.红糖加水化开。面粉中加入红糖水、白糖、化猪油、发面、纯碱、清水充分和匀,拉成9厘米宽、2.5厘米厚的片。
2.面片抹上菜油,静置15分钟,用刀将面片横切成重约80克的一字条,搓成麻花形。
3.油锅中加菜油烧热,下麻花炸至酥脆且呈浅茶黄色,起锅沥去余油即成。
