Sweet Potato Congee

Ingredients: 300g of sweet potato, 80g of rice.

Instructions:

Peel and chop the sweet potato, rinse and soak the rice for 30 minutes.Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the rice, and then add the sweet potato and alkaline noodles. Cover the pot and cook for about 45 minutes.Stir occasionally during cooking to prevent sticking.

KelpRice CongeeIngredients: 85g of rice.Optional: 100g of pumpkin, 50g of red dates.

Instructions:

Peel and chop the pumpkin, rinse and soak the rice for 30-40 minutes, and peel the red dates.Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker, add water, seal the lid, and press the "cook" button.

Spinach

Main ingredients: 85g rice,Glutinous rice15g, 40g kelp strips,Oranges2 pieces of peel.Auxiliary ingredients: Salt,Sugar,and sesame oil.

Preparation method

1 Soak rice for 30 minutes, cut kelp into small pieces after soaking to remove salt.

2 Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add rice and cook over medium heat for 110-15 minutes.

3 Add kelp strips and orange peel, simmer over low heat until thick, add a little sesame oil and stir until well combined.
