1. Soak red beans, large beans, and pearl millet overnight;

Method 2 for Sago

150g sago, 200g red beans, 500ml milk, appropriate amount of water, 250g red beans, 220g sugar,Maltose90g sugar, approximately 1200ml cold water.

Steps

1. Add sago to boiling water and cook until the center is visible, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes;

2. Add the cooked sago to the milk and refrigerate for half an hour;

3. Soak red beans overnight, add 400ml of water and cook, then add 200ml of cold water and cook again, repeat 4 times;

4. Cook the red beans until they are soft, drain the water, and mix with sugar and maltose.

5. Continue simmering over low heat until the red beans absorb the sugar and become viscous.

6. Mix the cooked sago and sago with milk.

Method 3 for Sago

Ingredients

Condensed milkSugar,Dragon fruit1 dragon fruit, 150g red beans, 100g sago, 150g milk.

Steps

1. Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh and chop it;

2. Wash the sago and add it to boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent sticking;

3. When the sago is cooked with visible white dots, turn off the heat and cover for 10 minutes to make the white dots disappear, and then turn into translucent particles;

4. Drain the sago water, immediately add the ice milk, and add the pre-soaked red beans and cook;

5. Add cooked red beans, sugar, and condensed milk, and stir until combined.

6. Add a little condensed milk to the sago and milk according to your preference, and add the dragon fruit and sago.
