TofuBrain (of a pig or other animal)Also called "douhua" (soy milk pudding), this is a traditional method of eating tofu that was developed when tofu was still in the process of being made. Modern "douhua" is now sold throughout China. Famous brands include "Leshan Douhua" and "Fuzhou Douhua," each with its own unique recipe.

Douhua (Tofu Pudding) Preparation

Steps
1. Soak soybeans thoroughly beforehand;

Preparation of Wang's Douhua

Ingredients

Steps
1. Soak wood ear mushrooms, wash and chop, mince garlic, chop green and red bell peppers, cut dried chili peppers into pieces;
2. Heat a pot, add a little oil, when the oil is hot, add minced garlic to sauté;
3. Then add the meat filling and dried chili peppers, stir until the meat changes color, then add wood ear mushrooms and oyster sauce, cook through;
4. Then add chopped green and red bell peppers, add 3 cups of water, bring to a boil, add water starch to thicken, add salt and MSG to season;
5. Heat the natto tofu, cook until tender, then place in a bowl, pour the cooked broth over the natto tofu, sprinkle with chopped green onions;Green onionsDone.

Steps
1. Wash and chop green onions, chopped star anise, ginger, star anise, and set aside;
2. After soaking yellow flowers, wood ear mushrooms, and dried mushrooms, wash and chop them, and set aside;
3. Place the natto tofu in a bowl and addSteamin a steamer for 15 minutes;
4. Take garlic, mash and mix with water, salt, to make garlic juice, and set aside;
5. Pour oil into a pot, addStar anise, ginger, green onions, and other spices to fry;
