Instructions

1. First, blanch and wash the pig trotters for later use;

3. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cooking wine, stir-fry until the pig trotters are colored, add water and stir-fry the pig trotters for about 2 cm;

One package of Char Siu Noodles, one package of XO sauce, oil, chopped green onions.

Instructions

1. Add water to a pot and boil, add green onion,

2. Add the noodles to the pot and cook until done, then remove and place in a bowl;

3. Place the XO sauce packet in the pot to soften it;

4. Place the sauce on top of the Char Siu Noodles and mix with chopped green onions.
