Method steps

Pork,100g,Button mushrooms,5 pieces, 200g of pasta,1 egg yolk,1 spoon of soy sauce, 50g of vegetable oil, 100g of pasta sauce, 10g of cornstarch, a spoon of salt.Method steps1. Mix pork with egg yolk, cornstarch, salt and soy sauce.

2. Chop the button mushrooms and set aside. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add pasta and cook until tender, then drain and set aside.

3. Heat a frying pan, when it's 80% hot, add minced pork and stir-fry over low heat until cooked. Then add button mushrooms and stir-fry.

4. Then add pasta sauce and a little water, stir until cooked, then reduce the heat to thicken.

5. Finally, arrange the pasta on a plate and pour the finished mushroom meat sauce over it.

How to make spicy meat sauce pasta

cooking wine,Ginger,sliced,light soy sauce,1 egg,sesame seeds,sugar, vegetable oil, water,Doubanjiang (fermented bean paste)Sugar, cooking oil, water.Method steps1. Mix minced pork with cooking wine and ginger slices.2. Then add egg and mix well, heat the pot over medium heat and stir-fry chili flakes until fragrant;

3. Then add the minced pork and stir-fry over high heat, add salt, light soy sauce, sesame seeds, sugar and Doubanjiang.

4. Bring water to a boil in a separate pot, cook pasta and drain. Arrange on a plate and pour over the cooked meat sauce.

Then add the egg liquid and stir well; when the pan is hot, add chili flakes and stir-fry over low heat.

Then pour in the ground meat and stir-fry over high heat, adding appropriate amounts of salt, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sugar, and fermented broad bean paste.

In a separate pot, boil water and cook the pasta; drain and arrange in a dish, and pour the cooked meat sauce over it.
