樱桃果酱的做法
食材准备
樱桃500克,白糖150克,柠檬1/2个。
方法步骤
1.将樱桃洗净,去蒂、去核,放入大碗中,加入白糖拌匀,腌浸出汁。
2.将腌浸好的樱桃倒入煮锅中,加少许水,中火煮软,挤入柠檬汁,小火煮至浓稠即可。
3.瓶子洗净、消毒、干燥,将樱桃酱趁热装入瓶中,封口,晾凉后放冰箱冷藏。

1.樱桃要选择个大、饱满、颜色红艳的,做出的果酱口感和色泽才能更好。
2.如果喜欢吃有果肉感的樱桃酱,可不用加水,缩短加热时间,且减少搅拌,以保留更多完整果肉。
