green onion, white wine, salt,Steamed fishsoy sauce.Method steps1. Peel the orange and soak the peel in water for 5 minutes.2. Ingredients
Middle part of grass carp, 1 piece of green onion, old ginger, fresh ginger, red bell pepper, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt.Method steps1. Wash the grass carp, remove the scales and black film inside the belly.
2. Coat the fish flesh with salt and cooking wine, add ginger slices, and steam in boiling water over medium heat for 8 minutes.

3. After the fish is cooked, remove the ginger slices, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce, and sprinkle with green onion, ginger and red bell pepper.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a separate pot, and drizzle on top.
Tips
When the water boils, put the fish in, the fishy smell will be less, and you can cut it to absorb the flavor.
