Method steps

1. Wash and cut the duck into pieces, blanch in boiling water and drain, and prepare for later use. Cut the yam into strips and blanch in hot water, and prepare for later use;

2. In a pot, heat a little oil and sauté star anise and cloves. Then pour in the duck pieces and stir-fry until golden brown, and remove.

4. In the remaining oil, sauté ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers. Add star anise, doubanjiang, and pickled chili peppers, and stir-fry until red. Then add rice wine.

Method steps

1. Wash and cut the duck into pieces. Blanch the snow yam in boiling water for 10 minutes, and then drain and control the water.

2. Mince ginger and garlic. Heat oil in a pot, sauté ginger and garlic, then add all the spices and stir-fry.

3. Then add the duck pieces and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add rice wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and water, and stir-fry until well combined. Then pour into a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

4. Open the pressure cooker after the cooking time, add appropriate amount of salt, and adjust seasoning with MSG.
