Method

1. Peel and cut the taro into pieces for later use;

2. Boil the bone marrow in water, removingbloodfoam;

3. Heat oil in a wok, then add the bone marrow, add rice wine and soy sauce,dark soy sauceand stir-fry;

4. After stir-frying for about 3 minutes, add the taro and stir-fry together;

5. Then add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes;

Tips

1. Cut the bone marrow into small pieces, and peel, wash, and cut the taro into small cubes;

2. Cut the red bell pepper into circles, chop the green onions, slice the ginger, and mince the garlic, star anise and cinnamon, and wash;

3. Rinse the bone marrow with water, then add black pepper, salt, dark soy sauce, rice wine, ginger slices, cornstarch, and white sugar for half an hour;

4. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the bone marrow and stir-fry, then slightly sear over medium heat until golden brown;

5. Then add ginger, garlic, star anise, and cinnamon to release their fragrance;
