方法步骤
1.将慈姑去皮,洗净,每个切成两半;螺蛳肉洗净;猪苓、小茴香、姜片洗净。
2.沙锅内放适量清水煮沸,放入螺蛳肉。汆去血渍,倒出洗净。
3.将猪苓、小茴香、螺蛳、慈姑、姜片放入沙锅内,加入适量清水,大火煮沸后,小火煲2小时,加盐、鸡精调味即可。
