Ingredients

Steps:

1. Slowly add 60°C water to the flour and knead.

2. Then, divide the dough into small pieces, let it rest and cool, and then knead and shape the dough into long strands.

4. Place the stacked dough in a steamer and steam for about 7-8 minutes.

Tips
