The steps to make the corn buns:
1. Clean the corn and remove the kernels by hand.

2. Prepare all the ingredients.

3. Put the corn kernels into thejuicerand then pour in puremilk.

4. Juice it up, making sure to extract as much juice as possible from the corn.

This is the juicedcorn juice.

5. Strain the extractedflour.

6. Add in the twoeggs.

7. Mix slowly, being careful not to use too much force or the flour might splatter.

This is the mixed cornmixture, it should be thick enough.The amount of flour must be just right, neither too much nor too little.

8. Heat some oil in a pan; once the oil is hot, you can spoon the mixture into the pan to fry.

Use low heat and be patient while frying.

9. When there's no more liquid on top of the corn batter, flip it over to fry the other side.

10. For a crisper texture, fry for longer as I have done here.

Fold the fried corn buns in half and cut them into strips.
