Lamb's-quarters has a wide adaptability, with strong cold and heat resistance. It does not have strict requirements for light, can grow normally at 32℃ high temperature, and can safely overwinter below -10℃. When the soil temperature rises to 10~12℃ and the air temperature is between 10~15℃, tender leaves and stems will begin to grow rapidly.The germination temperature of seeds is around 20℃, and the main harvest period for tender leaves and stems is from March to April.
